Job Role – Store Manager – Customer Focused Retailer:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the running of your team, ensuring that store standards are maintained and you will be involved in the recruitment, training and development of personnel. You will also be responsible for:
• Maximising store sales
• Adhering to store budgets and meeting profit targets
• Controlling and maintaining company and store standards and procedures
• Managing, motivating and developing the team
• Delivering excellent customer service.
Key Attributes – Store Manager – Customer Focused Retailer:
• Experience in leading and motivating staff
• Strong communication / customer service / organisational skills
• Managerial skills in retail: recruitment, performance management, health and safety, security
• Ability to deal with pressurised situations
• Working knowledge of payroll and cash handling
• Capable of delegating and leading
• Excellent track record of achievement: maximise sales and achieve/surpass targets
