Cowichan Housing Association is seeking an Executive Director. This position
will be of interest to a dynamic, self-motivated ind
ividual with a strong
desire to address community issues in the beautiful Cowichan Valley.
The Executive Director’s responsibility will be to manage and lead the
organization in accordance with its mandate and strategic direction as set by
the Board of Directors.
The successful applicant will bring experience working in the areas of housing
development/management and homelessness response, ideally in the
no-profit/voluntary sector.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with a proven
ability to connect with people in diverse situations.

This is a full time position (35 hours/week).
