Must be a Botswana
national with minimum of 5 years experience working for a Recruitment Agency
with proven track record in sales and securing new clients.
Must be familiar
with Botswana Labour Laws, including involvement in disciplinary hearings and
representation at Industrial Court, completion of quarterly and ad hoc reports
for the Labour Commissioner, contract administration including timesheets and
the recruitment of techni
cal staff, preferably within
heavy engineering industries, such as mining, construction and power
generation.
Duties will include
business development, recruitment, industrial relations and on site HR
management.
