Due to the continued growth of the organisation, our client is looking to further develop the civil team, and need another Principal to complement their current manager.
Utilise your experience in the larger firms and make your mark by becoming more than just a number. You have the opportunity here to be involved in all aspects of Civil design and engineering from the top down. This roles primary focus will be design and documentation of civil roads and infrastructure for commercial, industrial and residential developments. This will include all sub-divisional works inclusive of flood and alluvial studies pertinent to local statutory requirements. You will need to technically supervise and mentor others within the team. Your client focus will require you to manage and coordinate design tasks to meet deadlines, including tendering and construction administration. Liaising with clients, statutory authorities, developers and contractors, while successfully managing the project from prospect to delivery will see you well placed within this company.
We are looking for:
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• At least 10-15 years of civil roads and infrastructure experience
• RPEQ or eligible and willing to become registered
• CPEng or eligible and willing to become registered
• Strong communication skills
• Sound leadership skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Desire to be involved in all aspects of Civil from management of staff to site visits and client liaison
