ies (RALGA) is an Association, which
was established in 2003 to represent, advocate for and build the capacity of
Local Governments in Rwanda. All the Districts and the City of Kigali
constitute its membership.

RALGA
has secured a funding from the Belgian Development Agency (BTC), through the
currently ongoing Rwanda Decentralization Support Program (RDSP) as one of its
implementing partners, specifically for Result 3; to hire a Consultant to
record and document the best practices and success stories in GRB/GBS
implementation, in 8 RDSP pilot Districts, relevant Ministries and Agencies.
Objective
of the Consultancy
The
overall objective is to record and document the best practices and success
stories in GRB:GBS implementation, in 8 RDSP pilot Districts, relevant
Ministries and Agencies.

Interested
consultants may find the detailed Terms of References (ToR’s) on the RALGA
website www.ralgarwanda.org.
Well printed proposals properly bound and presented in two (2) copies
(Technical and Financial Proposals presented separately), one of which being
the original; are to be submitted to RALGA office on 31th May 2017 at
2pm
and the official opening of the envelopes will take place
at 2:30pm
in the main conference room.
