The “Action aid /” hereby invites national tenders for the construction of ECD in Mukingo Sector/ Nyanza District.
Participation to the competition is open on equal

Well printed bids written in English language,
properly bound and presented in three copies of which, an original and
two copies must reach, in sealed envelopes, the Public Procurement staff
of Action Aid-Rwanda at the latest on 10/02/2017 at 10:30 a.m. local time, accompanied by a bid guarantee of Two million Rwanda francs (2,000,000 Rwf) or the equivalent in a freely convertible currency, issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company. Late bids will be rejected.
