Job Description:
To oversee the implementation of the FIM Programme, with specific responsibilities for Project Management, M&E, Budgeting, Capacity Building and Networking. As a member of the FIM Senior Management team assist in the development and implement the FIM annual operational and budget plan

Job Requirement:
Degree or Diploma in General Agriculture/Agronomy or equivalent qualifications in rural or community development
Skills and Experience: 3 to 5 years’ management experience in the agriculture sector; significant experience in developing/managing livelihood projects in a development context.
