- Bid for new projects
- Prepare tender documents and make
recommendations for award of sub contracts - Prepare cost estimates and monitor
progress of payment - Post contract administration such
as Contract Variations Claim and Final Account Claim
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a
Degree in Engineering/Building/QS/Construction Management - At least 3 year(s) of working
experience in the related field - Strong management skills with a
good foundation and knowledge of public sector tender procedures and
conditions of contract
