Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth and
efficient operations of all building maintenance works in a large shopping
complex. - Plan and implement corrective and
preventive maintenance programs for building maintenance. - Prepare building management
programmes and budget. - Attend to tenants’ requests and
submissions for A&A works. - Conduct site inspections and
submit reports and recommendations to management. - Supervise works by technicians
& term contractors.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or
Mechanical Engineering or Building Services. - Minimum 3 year(s) of working
experience in shopping complex. - Must be hands-on, proactive and
able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Interested parties please apply
