responsibility for coordinating the delivery of services to people with a
disability, assisting them to live in their own homes, gain skills, and
participate in their local community.

The successful applicant will
have preferred experience in/or the desire to learn, the coordination of
services to people with a disability, excellent interpersonal and supervisory
skills.
