Leadership
Quality. You will be responsible for the design and management
of various significant structural engineering developments specialising in high
rise residential and commercial projects.
Equity. Shareholdings/bonus structure is on the table,
even for
brand new staff, with seniors doubling their salary package through the equity
they receive.
Manage. Working
side by side with senior management, you will broaden your leadership exposure
as you manage the structural design team, including programming, training,
staff evaluations and performance reviews.
Interaction. You will be given the
opportunity to be hands on when dealing with clients, including project and
client management, site investigation, financial management, detailed design
and documentation, engineering reports as well as construction phase services.
