The HR Operations Team performs recruitment and payroll functions and provides support in the use of the human resources management information system (HRMIS). This position in the Recruitment Team includes administrative tasks and support functions related to recruitment activities, providing advice and follow-up to both internal and external clients, assisting with administration of the department’s recruitment system and maintenance of information on the intranet.
The Department of Finance and Deregulation requires that candidates be Australian citizens and are prepared to undertake and pass a security clearance. Starting salaries will be within the range specified for the APS level and will depend on experience. Total potential remuneration packages include salary and superannuation. The superannuation component reflects the average cost of Finance’s contribution for its employees under the PSSap superannuation scheme. Relocation assistance may be negotiated for interstate candidates.
