Chemonics is seeking a Communications and Technical
Reporting Specialist for the USAID-funded Rwanda Family Health Project. This is
a program designed to increase the use of facility and community-based family
health services, including an integrated package of family
planning/reproductive health; HIV/AIDS; maternal, neonatal and child health;
malaria prevention and treatment; nutrition; and safe water and hygiene.

Position Name:
Communications and Technical Reporting Specialist
The Communications and Technical Reporting
Specialist will support the project’s communications strategy and technical
reporting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting technical reporting
and the completion of specific technical and communication documents assigned
by the Chief of Party. The candidate will also be responsible for knowledge
sharing within and outside of the project.

Salary: The salary
offered will take into account the applicants salary history, along with the
market rate for positions of commensurate skills, qualifications, and
responsibility.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Background in or interest in public health
- At least four years of demonstrated experience
in communications and technical reporting work - Strong writing, editing and analytical skills
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience working in international
development and familiarity with USAID programming is a plus - Advanced computer skills
