I am looking for a Chef de Partie to join one of Scotland’s most exciting teams, that are producing great food, currently at 2AA Rosettes.
The role will be to work all sections in this fine dining kitchen, produce seasonal menus of interest, train junior chefs and adhere to all company standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience up to 2AA Rosettes, be capable to work all sections, be creative and show a willingness to learn and develop.
The reward for the ideal candidate will be a salary up to £17,000 plus tips, and the chance to learn and progress under the Head Chef.
