Sydney Location
This role sits
within the commercial team and will give you exposure to financial and non
financial key stakeholders, both internally and offshore.
- Coordinate
the Lease Management team to accurately create leases in compliance with
relevant obligations - Perform
thorough review of leases created or updated in the lease management
system - Implement
changes to the lease management system - Month
end duties - Manage
relationships with various areas of the business including finance, IT and
offshore production support teams - Liaise
with internal and external auditors - Work
with key stakeholder to ensure documents are kept to substantiate leases,
disputes and payments
About You
- CA or
CPA qualified - Experience
working within a lease management role - Excellent
interpersonal and senior stakeholder management skills - Prior
experience within Infrastructure/ IT/Telco/ industry would be advantageous - Advanced
