The company is seeking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, energetic individual to manage its large parts
department.
Description:
To organize and direct the activities of the parts department of 20 employees to achieve plans and budgets, ensuring the optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources
To provide the best possible service to our customers
To ensure adherence to the manufacturers’ quality programmes
To develop the Authorized Representatives network and raise the standards of the individual AR’s
To manage the parts stock holding
To ensure the physical security of the stock
To actively promote the selling of accessories
To grow the sale of retail parts
Requirements:
This person must be experienced in parts and distribution, detail oriented, a problem solver with superior customer handling skills.
Must be capable of working in an extremely busy environment and be able to implement new systems to better distribute parts to our customers and authorised representatives
The candidate should have a university degree and at least five years of relevant managerial experience in the parts department of a motor distributor.
Must be a highly motivated and energetic individual with a serious work ethic
Excellent computer skills are essential (Autoline, Windows, Lotus Notes, Manufacturers’ ordering systems etc).
Must possess excellent organizational skills
