Engineer
To perform any other
duties relevant to the post, Prepare preliminary network designs for new
developments and to provide bills of quantities on the same, Liaising wit
external organisations on planning matters, which concern the Board,
Infrastructure planning of the Board based on demand forecast, projections and
network analysis, Developing the capital works programme of the Board and
prepare the implementation
plan on the same and monitor progress in
consultation with Heads of Division and the Financial Controller, Updating the
Board’s Calendar for critical activities, Develops and implements relevant
performance management and reporting systems to track corporate performance and
strategy implementation, Coordinate the review and development of Board’s
Strategic and annual Plans and continuously monitor progress on achievements of
set targets
First Degree in Civil Engineering, Masters Degree in relevant field is a
requirement, At least 5 yrs experience in Water Engineering at Senior
Level
Thorough knowledge of water supply engineering and technologies, Computer
literacy, Competences in Computer-Aided Water Supply System Modeling,
Competencies in Strategic Planning, Familiarity with M&E techniques,
Familiarity with planning, data analysis and forecasting
