JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Providing service solutions to prospective clients through structured outbound campaigns
• The maintenance and growth of existing customer relationships
• Employing a needs based sales approach on both outbound sales calls and with existing customer accounts
• Delivering monthly sales quotas and exceeding sales activity standards
• Account and call documentation within CRM and tracking applications
• Maintaining an expert level of product and industry knowledge
• A commitment through action to continual learning and personal development Exhibiting the attributes of a top performing sales professional
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Post Secondary education in business or related discipline or equivalent work experience in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
• 2-4 years of sales experience; preferably in a business-to business sales role within the Communications, Technology or Service industries.
• A proven track record as a top performing sales professional that has consistently exceeded their sales performance objectives.
• Superb oral and written communication skills.
• Strong aptitude with computers (keyboarding, MS Office, capacity to learn new systems).
• Knowledge of the Cellcom suite of Products and Services and/ or telecommunications sales experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet changing business needs
