Position Description:
The position for principal for the nursing and midwifery program at Bukumbi
Hospital requires an advanced diploma in Nursing Education with experience in
teaching, or a B.S. in Nursing Education.
Duties include:
*Responsible for the overall management of the school’s two year certificate
program in nursing and midwifery.
*To Manage staff to effectively train the students to be competent nurses.
* To provide regular progress reports of the school, budget requests and
expense reports.
*To assist staff to address challenges and to develop future plans to develop
and improve the nursing school.
