Our Client, an Established Company requires Operations Support Executive, APAC
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Update the Data Centre Operations Policies & SOPs through working closely with AP and Data Centre Operations teams across Asia-Pacific.
• Assist to improve the overall Data Centre Operations processes, ensuring the practices are consistent and compliance with the documented SOPs.
• Support the Implementation & Deployment of Data Centre Operations Projects and Initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent, majoring in Business Administration or Quality Management & Engineering, from a recognized university/tertiary institution.
• 3-5 years relevant working experience in Project Management, Business Process Management or Continuous Improvement Methodology (e.g. Six Sigma)
• Experience with ISO9000 (QMS), ISO20000 (ITIL) or ISO27001 (ISMS) preferred.
• Experience in Data-Centre, IT or any related industries is an advantage.
• Good Project Management, Data Management and Problem Solving skills.
• Good Analytical, Written and Listening skills, including interpersonal skills.
• Excellent with Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
