1.1.Job Summary
The Capital Guest House is an upmarket facility located
in Block 3 Gaborone, catering for high demanding international guests. The
applicant must be a strong all rounder, experienced in 4-5 star hotel/lodge
service. Must have experience in housekeeping, hotel sales as well as front
office / guest relations management.
1.2.Core Competencies
•A good planner, well organised with high levels of
attention to detail
•Passionate about service and able to deliver to
international guests
•Strong sales ability, with a good understanding of
hotel sales business
•Computer literacy – ability to use hotel booking
system and enquiries from international hotel booking sites.
