As part of this continued growth and development we are establishing a new Business Development Executive team. We currently have an opportunity in Canberra for an experienced senior sales executive to join our Canon Business Imaging team.
This role will give you the opportunity to work across our government client segment as a specialist in sales. Your expertise will be invaluable during all major client negotiations, assisting with solution design, pricing and proposal generation and delivery. A major focus of this role will be to increase Canon’s market share, to have an immediate impact on our sales funnels and prospects using your networks and industry knowledge ensuring to meet budgets.
As a senior member of our sales team, you will work closely with our State Sales Manager, Solutions and Professional Services teams to ensure delivery of a seamless service to our clients.
We are keen to speak to candidates with
• 3-5 years New Business Development experience within print, IT, or telecommunications industries selling to government accounts
• Strong understanding of financials
• Commercial acumen within the managed print industry
• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding budgets
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to C level
