The intern will provide technical expertise and creative support to the
delivery of digital communication materials. This includes the preparation of
e-bulletins and other website content, strategic management of social media
platforms, and web design support on the development of an interactive
environmental project mapping tool. 
This internship is ideal for a creative individual who seeks concrete work
experience in digital media and communication, while making a direct and
positive impact on Canada’s non-profit environmental sector. 
Qualifications:
• Completed coursework in communications, web development and graphic design; 
• Basic knowledge of web-scripting languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript), as well
as proficiency with industry standard graphic design software; 
• An ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and independently in a
dynamic organization; 
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and attentiveness to
detail; 
• A writing test will be administered; fluently bilingual interns will be
prioritized; 
• Familiarity with the non-profit or environmental sectors also considered an
asset.
