are currently seeking a Human Resource Professional to assist in
ensuring the key requirements of the HR function of the club are maintained to
the highest level.

Role will include:

on driving WHS to ensure compliance - Maintain
clear operational policies & procedures - Assisting
with initiatives to improve team engagement - Manage
HR technological infrastructure - Drive
staff appraisal frameworks - Manage
the Rewards and Recognition Program - HR
internal communications and training - Provide
generalist HR support

Ideally
you will possess:

studies in HRM, WHS & RTW - Extensive
experience in similar role - Professional
presentation and approach - Ability
to maintain sensitivity and confidentiality - Confident
communication skills
