Café Assistant Manager

Inner City Location
 Located within the inner city of Brisbane
this new and upcoming café is looking for an outgoing, hands on, ‘leads by
example’ assistant manager.
As the assistant manager you will report directly
to the manager and be responsible for ordering, stocktake, wage costs, staff
mentoring and training as well as keeping a watchful eye on the performance and
financial management of the café.
To be successful in this role you must:
  • Have a hands on attitude coupled with
    excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Min 2 years’ experience in a similar role or
    relevant industry experience
  • High level of customer service skills
  • The ability to monitor and update social media
    options as well as initiate and attract new business options
  • Stock control and ordering experience
  • Knows and loves great quality food and coffee
  • Has full time availability including some
    weekends
  • An outstanding attitude – outgoing, vibrant,
    honest, energetic and craves customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the training and development of
    staff
