This travel company based in Sydney CBD is looking for a cruise expert to join their established team. You will be required to book cruise itineraries on behalf of travel agents and the general public.
This is not your standard reservations role, you will be the expert when it comes to cruises and the travel consultants will be using your knowledge to assist their customers.
Your job will involve the following tasks:
• Book cruise bookings together with add-ons including airfares, pre/post accommodation and sightseeing
• Handling special arrangements
• Build a rapport with your preferred agents to ensure repeat bookings
• Constantly updating your knowledge on the cruise market
To apply you must have the following skills:
• You must have travel consultant experience in Australia
• CRS experience
• Be passionate about cruising
• Have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
