Business Development (Manager/Assistant Vice President)
Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationship with IFAs, this translates to achieving New Business target set by the Company
* Provides business support to IFAs which includes handling telephone enquiries and follow up on insurance applications
* Visit existing business partners once every 2 months and submit report at the end of each visit to HOD
* Coordinate, develop and conduct training for IFAs
* Organize events and conventions (both local and oversea) for IFAs
* Contribute to market intelligence in areas such as products and sales incentives of competitors
* Issue communication to IFAs when required
* Assist in various ad-hoc tasks as required by the HOD
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
