are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced CentreDirector, with a passion for high quality care to join our team on a
permanent basis.
The Director/Nominated Supervisor position encompasses the following:-
- Providing quality childcare support and
mentoring to centre staff in all aspects of day to day operations,
educational and administrative procedures - Ensuring the centre is compliant with all
State Legislation and National Quality Standards - Delivering consistent high quality care
and presentation to all work practices - Ensuring performance management of all team
members - Building and maintaining strong relationships
with team members, parents, children and the wider community
Do you possess the following?
- Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services or
higher approved with ACECQA - Working with Children Check
- Senior First Aid and CPR, including
Asthma and Anaphylaxis training - A Certified Supervisor Certificate. Capable of
becoming a Nominated Supervisor - Thorough knowledge of Qikkids and CCMS
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal
skills - Be able to mentor, lead and enhance a
great team environment - Prior experience in managing a
large early learning centre - Knowledge of current regulations and Early
Years Learning Framework
