Our client Bralirwa
is a brewer and soft beverage manufacturer with an expanding portfolio of
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Rwanda. Bralirwa is looking to
fill the position above;
The accountant will
be responsible for preparation of monthly management report’s, balance sheet
and income statements, analyzing and reconciling bank accounts, participating
in inventories in general and technical stores, preparing data for financial
stocks auxiliary and comparing monthly consumption navision main stores,
management of assets calculating depreciation, justifying accounts of suppliers
and contributing to the quality of reporting as well as the preparation of
financial statements of the company.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for charging parts of the cash expenditure. - Analyze
and justify bank accounts activities. - Management
and verification of cash deposits and inventory accounts. - Record
monthly rent booths and accrued interest. - Participate
in inventories stores management. - Analyze
and correct errors in payables accounts. - To
analyze and keep track of deposit’s received for fridges, kiosks, push –
ups and ice cube trays. - Managing
payables and accrued invoices OPCO and various provisions. - Monitoring
of capital & accounts to safeguard the assets of the company. - Monitoring
account bills receivable to clear the invoice and receipts recorded. - Managing
accounts payable local. - Account
management of foreign suppliers for the company. - Monitoring
account tax furniture to facilitate the lettering balances of suppliers
involved and support any tax furniture. - Account
management of supplier’s banks auxiliary costs to facilitate the
calculation of the cost. - Invoice
processing fee schedules for adjusting the weighted average price. - Contribute
to the smooth running of the section and department.
Qualification and
Skills:
- Must
have a minimum A1 in Accounting with relevant certifications. - A
minimum of three years working experience in a similar environment. - Fluency
in English, French and Kinyarwanda. - Knowledge
of Microsoft packages i.e excel, word and power point. - Should
have clear Initiative, ability to work under minimum supervision,
cooperation, integrity, problem analysis and assessment, result
orientation, planning, organizing, decision making, presentation and
interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.
