A bit about
the role …
We have an exciting
opportunity for an in-house Digital Manager to lead and execute digital
projects and content strategy/development in an exciting new era of consumers
being ‘always on’ and engaging continuously with content.
What will
you be doing?
- Be the
subject matter expert in Digital within the marketing team - The
lead in content strategy for our brands (drive the strategy through
consumer, PR and Health Care program) - Assist
in annual digital strategy in line with brand/commercial planning - Executing
with excellence all digital activities - And
much more!
What
experience do you need?
- Tertiary
qualification in marketing / business / media/ communication / journalism - Minimum
three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in either a digital
marketing capacity in the food industry or other/consumer packaged goods
experience – agency or in house role - Strong
digital content generation and management experience (across multiple
platforms such as social, web, vblog) - Strong
experience in managing communities (social, email etc) - Excellent
oral and written communication skills – proven writing, editing, proof
reading and copy writing skills - A
passion to work within a collaborative work environment and family
business. - A
delivery-focused individual whom is keen to hit the ground running and not
afraid to roll their sleeves up in a hands on role - Strong
attention to detail and a self-starter.
In this role you
will need to be comfortable working autonomously in a very busy, fast-paced
environment where collaboration is key. We are looking for someone with a real
hunger to be the digital guru within the business with a keen interest in how
trends in this space are progressing. Note: applicants must be legally entitled
to work in Australia and have an Australian Driver’s License
Salary will be
commensurate with experience and knowledge.
