AIDS Intervention programme is a faith based Non – Governmental Organisation
registered in 1999. It was established as a Christian response to the
Government’s call for multispectral response to fight the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
BOCAIP has 11 centres and 6
satellite centres across the country.
BOCAIP is looking
for a qualified, experienced and result-oriented individual to Head the
Monitoring and Evaluation Department.
M&E (MONITORING
AND EVALUATION) MANAGER
Main purpose of the
Job
The manager will be
responsible for the overall establishment of the organisation’s functional
M&E system. The manager will ensure that all activities are appropriately
tracked and assessed. The position reports directly to the Organisation’s
National Coordinator.
Key performance
areas;
·Timely preparation
of accurate program reports for donors and management.
·Ensure adherence to
existing M&E protocols and procedures.
·Prompt and timely
submission of reports to various donors.
·Professional
writing of M&E matrix for all proposals.
·Leading the M&E
team.
·Support Project
Officers in the project implementation.
Job requirements;
·Masters Degree in
M&E, Demography and any other related qualification.
·Experience in
management of a department.
Demonstrated
leadership qualities, depth and breadth of technical management. expertise and
experience, and strong interpersonal, writing and oral presentation skills.
·Christian.
