This esteemed, established, and large firm, with a reputation for the appointment of staff of the highest calibre, continues to expand by natural growth and acquisition. Joining an industry leading division, this role will see you work across matters including: project finance, PPP’s, M&A and general corporate finance.
Leveraging off your firm’s leading brand name and partnership, you will be required to promote the firms services to both a new and existing client base. You will work with middle market, mid cap and large cap clientele covering a raft of industries including private entities, well known corporations, private equity and government clients. You will be required to, under existing methodologies, provide robust advice to clients on the legal impact of financial and commercial decisions, liaise with third party due diligence providers, whilst liaising with both sell and buy side clients.
Upon starting your new role, you will be required to liaise with senior management to establish key performance indicators, familiarising yourself with the divisions business plan covering operational and strategic objectives. Once established in this role you will proactively carryout your duties with the upmost professionalism, assist in divisional growth through marketing / business development, always seeking out new opportunities for the firm.
As a priority appointment for this firm, it is important that you have strong working relationships in your local market, well versed in technical aspects of financial transactions for multimillion and multibillion dollar infrastructure, PPP’s, merger and acquisitions and general corporate finance, as as address the following keys skills and attributes:
Minimum of 2 to 5 years post admission experience
Dual qualified in law/commerce or finance (highly regarded)
Experience in building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
Experience working in a top tier, mid tier or speciality firm / advisory house
Strong academic background with solid career history
Assertive and motivated individual, driven by personal success.
