Our client, a reputable foreign bank, is currently seeking for an ideal candidate to join their organization. The successful candidate is responsible for supporting the Branch in terms of achieving the financial targets to maximize profitability and ensuring the delivery of high standard of personal banking services to customers in order to contribute significantly towards the achievement of the bank’s strategic plan.

Mortgage Sales Assistant Manager
Selangor

Responsibilities:
• Achieve branch targets in line with Management strategy
• Create a strong sales and service culture
• Build and maintain strong relationship with developer
• Develop and implement effective sales plan
• Lead, coach and motivate sales staff to consistently exceed individual sales targets
• Ensure a high standard of sales and service level is provided by the team at all times
• Safeguard the bank from loss and protect its reputation
• Implement the Group’s Compliance policy and Operational risk
• Build strong portfolio of mortgage/loan ‘s customer group

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the mortgage sales is required for this position.
• Excellent planning / organization skills / good time management
• Analytical and strong business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated and result oriented
• Independent and ability to work under pressure
• A good team player
