Mortgage Sales Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
• Achieve branch targets in line with Management strategy
• Create a strong sales and service culture
• Build and maintain strong relationship with developer
• Develop and implement effective sales plan
• Lead, coach and motivate sales staff to consistently exceed individual sales targets
• Ensure a high standard of sales and service level is provided by the team at all times
• Safeguard the bank from loss and protect its reputation
• Implement the Group’s Compliance policy and Operational risk
• Build strong portfolio of mortgage/loan ‘s customer group
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the mortgage sales is required for this position.
• Excellent planning / organization skills / good time management
• Analytical and strong business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated and result oriented
• Independent and ability to work under pressure
• A good team player
