deliverables on all occasions.

Reporting directly to the Regional Contracts Manager you will be responsible
for the successful delivery of high profile commercial construction projects.

You must bring a strong background in planning, document management, the
technical ability to understand engineering design, communication skills to
liaise with subcontractors and Clients alike while maintaining sound project
management practices.

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years commercial
construction experience with a reputable construction company and demonstrated
experience in managing dynamic commercial projects. Academic qualifications in
Construction or Project Management will be considered favourably. You must also
bring a sound knowledge of construction methodology, project management plans
and quality assurance.
