CITIZEN CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING
ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to the Superintendent PSO, the successful candidate will be responsible
for the following:
• Registering projects, setting up of the PSO repository for projects and
updating the Project Management Information System.
• Supporting the users in using the PSO Process, Procedures, Standards and PSO
Methodology.
• Archiving project dashboards on a regular basis.
• Checking that Project Managers’ project reporting is complete.
• Carrying out Project Administration Audit Checks, i.e. confirming that
Project Administration is updated in terms of minutes, project plans, progress
reports and filing of project documentation.
• Facilitating project workshops
Job Requirements
project management preferred).
• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in a project related environment.
• High computer literacy with knowledge of MS Project an advantage.
