ROLE PROFILE
Title: Head of Business Intelligence
Reports to: Program and Reporting Manager
Location: Kigali, Rwanda (with some travel to London, Kenya and other
locations)
Role Purpose: To transform the way decisions are made at BBOXX through
actionable data

Role Purpose: To transform the way decisions are made at BBOXX through
actionable data
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build and lead the Business Intelligence function to create beautiful
reports that are used to make critical business decisions across the company
2. Hold and set the long term Business Intelligence strategy for the company
3. Ensure that the company’s dashboards are maintained and used by managers to
make decisions on a daily basis, all the way from the CEO to the shop
technicians
4. Find innovative ways to improve the accessibility and usage of data in the
company
5. Equip and support managers and analysts across the company with the best
practices, skills and tools that they need to meet their specific BI needs
6. Interface with the Data Insight and predictive analytics team to provide
them with feedback on the structure of the data warehouse and identify key
projects that are required by them to enable critical business reports
7. Establish the systems and processes to control data flow across the company
8. Coordinate all other Business Intelligence activities that are underway
across the company

REQUIREMENTS

In-depth experience of Business Intelligence tools, preferably
PowerBI, and SQL
