Role Purpose: The
HR Controller leads the analytical work in the HR organization. S/he is
responsible for the department’s financial analysis and budgeting procedures,
and for preparing financial and statistical reports on a monthly basis. S/he
has the ability to analyze financial and statistical data, prepare and present
reports, statements and projections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Partnering effectively
with in-country line managers to deliver business outcomes

– Preparing monthly
Employee Related Costs (ERC) and workforce status reports and dashboards

– Directing HR financial
audits, and providing recommendations for procedural improvements

the Group Head of HR during budgeting

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND
EXPERIENCE
EXPERIENCE
– Finance and Accounting
background, with at least 4 years’ HR Controlling or similar experience

– Recognized Accounting
qualification, e.g. CIMA, is a distinct advantage
