50 Bank Tellers (Airport)
Responsibilities:
• Interact with bank’s variety of customers and assist them in their respective banking queries
• Handle high volume over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals in an efficient and accurate manner
• Ensure Bank’s service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
• Perform all banking activities in lieu with internal and external regulatory MAS requirements
Requirements:
• GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ level
• Self-motivated team player with a good service aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good Attitude
• Able to work fast and to be accurate at work
• Passion for delivering excellent service by having a customer-first mindset
• Meticulous and good with numbers
• Open to doing shift work and working over weekends if assigned to branches with extended operating hours
• Able to work Airport
• Able to commence immediately
