for the position of Dean Faculty of Built Environment, Arts and Sciences.

Qualifications
and Experience

At least a Master’s Degree in
related fields.
A doctorate will be
preferable and an added advantage.
Suitable candidates with at
least 10 years of experience in higher education.
A proven record of excellence
in research, teaching, community service and scholarship, commensurate
with that of a senior lecturer.
Candidates should have worked
as Head of Department or Dean of a related Faculty.

Duties and
Responsibilities

Provide academic and
administrative leadership to the Faculty including in areas related
academic programmes, personnel, budgeting and other matters.
Lead the Faculty in the
development of new and innovative curriculum, promoting excellence in
teaching and research and in partnerships and linkages with universities
and industry.
Undertake fundraising for
teaching and research.
