1. ECONOMISTS (3 positions)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least 3 of the
following modules at undergraduate level:
Microeconomics, ,Macroeconomics, ,Introduction to
Financial Markets and Institutions, Quantitative methods,,Rational Decision
Making,,Transport and Logistics
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Master Degree in
Economics or its equivalent
A relevant Doctorate Degree will be a distinct
advantage
2.RISK MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCE
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least 3 of
the following modules at undergraduate level:
Reinsurance Principles and practices,,Applied risk
management,,Employee benefit plan,,Design and financing,,Financial services
regulation and insurance law,,Risk financing and insurance
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Risk Management and Insurance,
Master’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance or its equivalent.
A relevant Doctorate Degree will be a distinct
advantage
3.TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS (3 Positions)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least 3 of
the following modules at undergraduate level:
Procurement and Supply chain management,,Transport
Economics,,Management in Logistics,,Transport theory,,Warehousing and Inventory
management.

Bachelors Degree in Transport and Logistics ,
Master’s Degree in Transport and Logistics or its equivalent…A relevant
Doctorate Degree will be a distinct advantage
4.MARKETING MANAGEMENT (3 Positions)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least 3 of
the following modules at undergraduate level:
Customer Service,,Relationship
Marketing,,Organisational research and methodology
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Master’s Degree
in Marketing or its equivalent
A relevant Doctorate Degree will be a distinct
advantage
5. GENERAL MANAGEMENT (2 Positions)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least 3 of
the following modules at undergraduate level:
Business Environment,,Production and Operations
Management,,Principles of ManagementGlobal Business Environment
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Management and
Master’s Degree in Business Management or its equivalent,,A relevant Doctorate
Degree will be a distinct advantage
6. ACCOUNTING (2 Positions)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least 3 of
the following modules at undergraduate level:
General financial Reporting,,Group Financial
Reporting,,Distinctive Financial Reporting,,Audit Theory and
Practice,,Corporate Governance in Accounting
Qualifications
At least First Degree in Accounting plus a
professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CIS or its equivalent.,,A
masters in a related field will be an added advantage.
7. COMPUTING SKILLS (2 Positions)
Applicants must be able to lecture in the following
modules at undergraduate level:
Computing and Information Skills
Computer Skills and Introduction to Computers
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT and Masters
Degree in Computer Science of its equivalent.
A relevant Doctorate Degree will be a distinct
advantage.
EXPERIENCE FOR ALL POSTS: 3 years working
experience with emphasis on teaching and research
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS IN ALL POSTS:
Ability to lecture, perform both formative and
summative assessment at undergraduate level in the relevant
specialization,,Ability to develop curriculum
Demonstration of ability to conduct research and
community engagement.
