Ausmart International Pty Ltd is a family owned company based in Dandenong
South and was founded in 1992 to supply a range of new and innovative retail
industry products to the Australian and international markets.
We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Fitting
& Retail Design Manager as part of our national team. Reporting to the
Marketing Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the design
and project management of innovative retail concepts.

The key requirements for t
- A high level of proficiency with 3D modelling in
Auto CAD software - Experience in retail fixture and store design
- Have previous experience in managing a small team
- A comprehensive understanding of retail
shop fitting including joinery products - Strong commercial background
- Project management including pricing and sourcing
- Knowledge of costing and estimating of fabricated
pricing - Client relationship management and communications
skills
To be successful you will need:
- A degree or diploma in Industrial Design
- A minimum of five years experience in a similar
role - A Creative and innovative nature
- Strong Time & Project management skills
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team
- A commercial approach to your day to day
operations
