As the face of our
Port Pirie Store you’re the first point of contact for a range of customer
sales and services. It’s our expectation that you will have quality
conversations with our customers, matching the right product and service to the
needs of the customer. This role has a large degree of sales so it’s important
your comfortable identifying needs and making the right recommendations to our
customers.

About your role:

    • Timely
      processing of all transactions and customer enquiries.
    • Create
      a positive customer experience for every customer.
    • Identify
      sales opportunities that add value for our customers.
    • Refer
      customers to product specialist in each store.
    • Unsecured
      lending accreditation is required.

This part-time role
offers much more than just variety and flexibility, it offers the right person

to join our team. Utilise your existing experience within banking, retail,
sales or customer service to be successful with NAB.

The position is
being offered as a Job Share opportunity, 2 days per week 8:30am – 5:30pm (1
hour lunch). Days of work may be flexible and subject to approval, however
ideally Monday and Tuesday.
