Forecast and maintain product schedules. Create and analyze reports from SAP data.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

(approximate percentages)
1. 80%
– • Develops and/or collects product specifications, and relevant information for input into SAP, to include all scheduling and tracking
– Monitors annual revenue generation against the yearly revenue plan
– Executes scheduling changes as requested by editorial teams through use of Publication Status Form
– Provides and maintains necessary material master information
– Schedules and tracks all product components
– Regularly interacts with US-based forecasters to insure timely and accurate completion of assigned duties
– Works on special projects as needed
– Performs such similar, comparable or related duties as may be required or assigned

2. 10%
– Product/Process Knowledge: Works regularly on various systems, software, databases and applications to deliver quality products. Responsible for accuracy and completeness of work product, including competence in scheduling and administrative systems as well as computer file management. All work will be checked until competent process knowledge is developed

3. 10%
– Interpersonal/Team Skills: Works successfully in a team environment and understands various roles of team members. Attends and participates in team meetings, prioritizes own work, and participates in the performance management process (e.g. peer reviews, self-evaluation).

Qualifications
Education: University/College degree required.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of existing business system is required; SAP preferred plus One to 2 years of prior work experience is required in relevant field
• Experience in product scheduling, planning, and tracking preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access and other basic computer applications
