in Rwanda through ASA Microfinance (Rwanda) Limited (Company Code/TIN –
103495622) under the license of National Bank of Rwanda, we are looking for
competent, dynamic and self-motivated staff to fill up the following position
with immediate recruitment.

respective official will be responsible for following duties:

- The
applicant should have sound knowledge on HR and admin issues. - He/she
should have an idea on complains issue of organization. - He/she
should have knowledge on labor law in local and international context.
Key
qualifications and competencies: Minimum Graduate/Masters from Business
Administration. At least hold 4/5 years progressive experiences in the area of
Microfinance, SME Banking, Reputed NGOs or Financial Institution. Diploma in
Personnel Management/HR will be preferable.
