• Masters
  or University degree in Psychology,Sociology, Management/ Administration, or
  any relevant qualification.Having a masters is an added advantage
• Working
   experience of at least five years working at key management position
  with field experience
• Experiencein
  the conception and elaboration of Psychosocial program would be an added advantage
• Experience
  in advocacy at High level
• Ability
  to a orally communicate ideas and opinions to others  in
  comprehensible manner
• Ability
  to write project proposals and fund raise
• Ability
  to perform duties with minimum supervision
• Good
  interpersonal skills, team building and management skills
• Excellent
  command of spoken and written English or French,and Kinyarwanda knowing
  both language will be an added advantage
• Proficiency
  in the use computers
• Be
  30 years of age and above
• High
  level of maturity, honesty and integrity
• Possess
  a  driving permit, B category
