Part Time Position-
Monday – Friday- 75 per fortnight

Arcare Caboolture is
a brand new aged care facility due to open in mid 2015.

Arcare is a leading
provider of Aged Care in Australia. Exciting opportunities exist for a highly
motivated AC
FI Coordinator who has demonstrated leadership experience in aged
care.

The ACFI
Co-ordinator provides strong and effective leadership and support to Arcare on
key strategic financial issues in relation to Commonwealth funding,
whilst supporting the overall achievement of business objectives.

Essential
Criteria:

Proven
knowledge and experience with the ACFI business rules and clinical ACFI
Assessment process;
Thorough
clinical, assessment and care planning skills resulting in demonstrable
growth of ACFI funding;
Experience
and knowledge of Aged Care Funding & Validation visits;
Leadership
or managerial experience, with the capacity to coach and mentor staff;
Ability
to respond quickly and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced role.
AHPRA
registration Register Nurse
Minimum
12 months experience in ACFI and the Accreditation standards
Experience
and demonstrated understanding of the ACFI process and Legislative
requirements
High
level of Communication and Interpersonal skills
