This medium sized Urban Development company who specialise in the engineering
and project management of small to ma
jor residential, commercial and industrial
sub division projects, they also work with local government as well as
delivering a range of buildings projects and sporting events. A well
recognised organisation who are better known for their quality rather than
wanting to be a company who are trying to be the biggest!
My client is looking for an enthusiastic Civil Engineer / Designer with 12d
experience across either Urban development or local infrastructure projects in
Victoria, the ideal candidate would have designed some or all of the following
– sub divisions, water, sewer, roads, car parks, stormwater, drainage, bulk
earthworks etc.
This company has offices on the CBD fringe and also the Eastern Suburbs.
The role includes:
- 12d
Design in Urban Development or Local government / infrastructure (sub divisions,
water, sewer, roads, car parks, stormwater, drainage, bulk earthworks etc)
- Client
management / liaison / Local council - Some
Drafting - Mentoring
junior engineers / designers if needed - Options
to take on some Construction or PM duties where applicable - Tender
and bid writing / reviewing
apply for the 12d Civil Engineer / Designer role you will need:
- A
good amount of exposure to using 12d across Urban Development or
Local government / infrastructure projects such as – sub divisions, water,
sewer, roads, car parks, stormwater, drainage, bulk earthworks etc - If
you are a strong user of 12d and have touched on urban development in the
past then please apply! - Those
with a design background of Victoria’s water and sewer design will be
highly recommended - Minimum
diploma in civil design / Civil Engineering degree - Excellent
communicator - Willingness
