Provider. In this role, you will be designing and implementing IT Solutions for
our SMB Clients (20-500 staff).
We’re rapidly growing. This is an additional role in our brilliant and
professional System Consultant team.
Your primary role will involve:
Solution scoping and design.
Assistance with pre-sales.
Technical project management.
Solution implementation (both performing the work, and overseeing work performed
by others).
Assisting the System Engineering team with Change / Problem Management /
Priority 1 Incidents.
Your design and implementation work will focus on:
A broad range of infrastructure and cloud solutions used by our SMB (20-500
seat) clients, including:
Microsoft Windows Servers (multiple roles).
Server and Application Virtualisation.
Cloud Solutions and IaaS.
Storage
Backup & DR.
LAN, WAN and WLAN.
Security and Threat Management Technologies.
To succeed in this role you will have:
Prior experience in solution design and implementation roles.
Solid and extensive knowledge and skills in the above technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong ITIL skills.
Strong technical writing skills.
The ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

Employment Specifics
This is a permanent full-time role, based in our head office in St Kilda Road
Melbourne. There will naturally be some onsite work at client offices in Melbourne.
Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience. A salary package in the
vicinity of $100,000 – $120,000 is typical for this role.
Because of the nature of IT project work, the position will involve some
after-hours and weekend work.
