to be a part of the production of our simple, yet, refined food. Everything is
made in housesuch as; churning butter, fresh sourdough bread, pasta,
pastry, lavoche, ice creams, sorbets, butchery of large joints and whole
animals, terrine & sausages, and even brewing and bottling our own soft
drinks.
