who performs well under pressure, works well in a team.
– Preparation, cooking, presentation and service of all meals.
– Catering small and large events
– Collaborative Planning of new menus, catering menus and relevant
recipes
– A focus on special dietary requirement food options i.e. gluten free,
vegetarian, vegan etc
– Supervision of kitchen staff
– Weekly Roster arrangement
– Ordering and rotation of stock
– Monthly stock takes
– Maintaining high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and
related areas at all times
– To work and communicate as part of a team
– To exceed customer expectations
Ideal applicants will be:
Experienced in the hospitality
Health conscious and have an interest in alternative food sources
Good communicators with a can – do attitude
Able to work unsurprised in a strong team environment and willing to
help others
Organized and reliable
Able to provide a quality food experience to our patrons
